MY PLAID MAXI // THE HELP OF SOCIAL MEDIA #BRING BACK OUR GIRLS

I know my post title sounds familiar, but looks odd, yeah we know or have heard about the present state of insecurity in Nigeria, if you have not heard, what planet are you on then? You can google or click here HERE to get the full news about the abduction of over 200 girls by a terrorist group in Nigeria. I am not a politician yet! But am very happy at the positive use of the Media and social media, our hash tags# is really going a long way, I would like to use this medium of media, to lend my voice, on behalf of myself and other bloggers, we say #bringbackourgirls.

HOW I STYLED MY MAXI

my plaid maxi with a jacket, i wore this outfit to church.

My Plaid Maxi, I would like to refer to the Maxi as every girl’s comfy, for work, for spring or summer or pregnancy or for hangouts, a Maxi gown can come in handy and it fits every one, no matter your body size. I refer to the maxi as my lazy dress. Here is how I rocked my maxi, you too can learn or bring your own style to the table.
Outfit for church n work, with white bead necklace, white earring, white gladiators sandals, jacket and a matching bag (MAXI WITH A JACKET)

From work look to spring look, depending on how you want to wear it, you can ACCESSORIZE IT, WEAR IT WITH NICE FOOT WEARS, OR A CUMMER BOND / BELTS, A BLAZER, NICE SUNSHADES, A HAT, A MUFFLER, whichever way you choose to style it, you can’t go wrong in a maxi.

HOW WILL YOU STYLE YOUR MAXI? WHICH OF MY STYLES DO YOU PREFER?
YOU CALL IT MAXI, I CALL IT COMFY
sorry about the quality of pictures, some were taken inside(the dark ones) and at a point when i didnt know i was going to do a post on maxi

STYLE - WHO ROCKED IT WELL?

Good day beautiful people, due to popular demand *winks* am doing this post, my last post about the yellow mustard had most of  my readers trying out the mustard colour and sending them to me. Of all the entries I have received, I chose three and decided my readers should vote who rocked it well. My apologies to you, if you sent a picture and I didn't post it. Here are the pictures of the three ladies you would be voting for: Ada Linda Uche Did I forget to mention that the person with the highest vote would receive an ETHNIQUE accessory hand crafted by me, yes me. STYLE CRUSH- IRO N BUBA BY ONYI ANAX

Nobody can rock Iro n Buba more than my style crush for this week. Good day lovelies. Iro n Buba popularly known as Iro ati’ Buba in Yoruba, originated from the yorubas in Nigeria West Africa and was adopted by many tribes in Nigeria, it was popularly worn by our mothers, but our generation who knows how to revamp fashion has brought back the trend- OLEKU (the short and trendy version of Iro n Buba) and we are giving our grannies a run for their fashion style. Onyi Anax is my style crush for this week; she is an experienced fashion designer in the heart land of lagos
