DIY FASHION TIPS- EMBELLISHMENT; BUTTONS N’ CHAIN

DIY FASHION TIPS- EMBELLISHMENT; BUTTONS N’ CHAIN
Good day good people, for some reason I am so happy doing this post, because it brings out not only the fashion side of me, but also the creative side *blushing* a girl got to hail herself naa! I have had this plain bodycon dress for a while, and wearing a plain dress requires heavy accessories, or a belt or nice shoes. I have also had two tops of the same colour, I bought them because of the love I have for cream colour, so in order to wear this bodycon dress without the hassles of accessorizing and also wearing the two cream color tops without people thinking it’s the same dress, I embellished the dress. Here is what I came up with.
buttons and chain, you can purchase it from a fashion store or a local market

a needle, thread & measuring tape to sew & take measurements

STYLE CRUSH- IRO N BUBA BY ONYI ANAX

Nobody can rock Iro n Buba more than my style crush for this week. Good day lovelies. Iro n Buba popularly known as Iro ati’ Buba in Yoruba, originated from the yorubas in Nigeria West Africa and was adopted by many tribes in Nigeria, it was popularly worn by our mothers, but our generation who knows how to revamp fashion has brought back the trend- OLEKU (the short and trendy version of Iro n Buba) and we are giving our grannies a run for their fashion style. Onyi Anax is my style crush for this week; she is an experienced fashion designer in the heart land of lagos
