EVENT - FIRST POST IN SECOND HALF / NTFS NIGERIAN TELEVISION FASHION SHOW

My first post! This blogging thing for me is long overdue! I will like to use this medium to work on my bigger media project, have fun and enlighten *winks*
Wondering the reason for my post title? Just like in football, some teams and football fans wait on second half for the miracle to happen, we as humans go down memory lane to count our achievements, then review our resolutions as the year gets to its second half. For me, it was taking this step to blogging! So I will like to start off with a fashion event I attended over the weekend, as my blog will be more on Lifestyle and Style.
One of the big fashion shows in Nigeria that rocked for me at the end of the first half of the year 2013, was the NTFS (Nigeria television fashion show), it took place @ yard158 kudirat Abiola way Oregun Lagos Nigeria on the 30th of June. It rocked for me because I got an invite, Various artists performed, the height for me was seeing that the designers were very young and at their prime, with very lovely designs and fabrics, then the models working it.

the delectable me @ the Event *winks*

Orezi & Seyi shay performed at the event.

Good day beautiful people, due to popular demand *winks* am doing this post, my last post about the yellow mustard had most of  my readers trying out the mustard colour and sending them to me. Of all the entries I have received, I chose three and decided my readers should vote who rocked it well. My apologies to you, if you sent a picture and I didn't post it. Here are the pictures of the three ladies you would be voting for: Ada Linda Uche Did I forget to mention that the person with the highest vote would receive an ETHNIQUE accessory hand crafted by me, yes me. STYLE CRUSH- IRO N BUBA BY ONYI ANAX

Nobody can rock Iro n Buba more than my style crush for this week. Good day lovelies. Iro n Buba popularly known as Iro ati’ Buba in Yoruba, originated from the yorubas in Nigeria West Africa and was adopted by many tribes in Nigeria, it was popularly worn by our mothers, but our generation who knows how to revamp fashion has brought back the trend- OLEKU (the short and trendy version of Iro n Buba) and we are giving our grannies a run for their fashion style. Onyi Anax is my style crush for this week; she is an experienced fashion designer in the heart land of lagos
