HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME – TODAY MY LIFE BEGINS

Good evening lovelies, yes today is my birthday, I have been having fun. I went to bed a little sad last night because I asked God for something as a birthday gift, but I didn’t get it, little did I know God was planning more for me. I was asking God for 80,000 naira to celebrate my birthday with the motherless this year. All the good will calls and my thoughts kept me awake, my brother Gozie sang me a funny song and prided me as his best sister with funny pictures,my friend Chinenye Ndulue (zabrain) composed a song for me, I started getting happy, my sister chisom gave me words of hope, KC my lil bro kept tickling me, my friends kept calling and sending goodwill messages, then my parents put money together as part of my birthday gift to support my business, then a big surprise from my boo came, a sweet triple layer cake came for me.

Then the song that has been on repeated repeat for me is Bruno Mars “TODAY MY LIFE BEGINS” the chorus of that song makes me come alive. This is the chorus
“ I will break the chains that bind me
Happiness would find me, leave the past behind me
Today my life begins, a whole new w0rld is waiting
its mine for the taking , i know i can make it TODAY MY LIFE BEGINS
You need to listen to the whole song, it has been on repeated repeat for me since the beginning of this year, it motivates and inspires me.
Thanks to my family, my boo, good friends for the display pictures of me and you my readers, I am so happy. Most of all, I give thanks to Almighty God for the gift of life, I feel so loved and appreciated. The party continues till sunday, because most of my working class friends have plans for me, you are all invited.
Make the most of life; every day is a new day. Start now “20 years ago was the best time to build a tree, but now is the right time. Make the most out of life, what do you live for? What do you want to be remembered for? Start now, its never too late.

STYLE CRUSH- IRO N BUBA BY ONYI ANAX

Nobody can rock Iro n Buba more than my style crush for this week. Good day lovelies. Iro n Buba popularly known as Iro ati’ Buba in Yoruba, originated from the yorubas in Nigeria West Africa and was adopted by many tribes in Nigeria, it was popularly worn by our mothers, but our generation who knows how to revamp fashion has brought back the trend- OLEKU (the short and trendy version of Iro n Buba) and we are giving our grannies a run for their fashion style. Onyi Anax is my style crush for this week; she is an experienced fashion designer in the heart land of lagos
