Sugarcane was nextup on the list, I was on my way to Social media week Lagos 2019 and thought to stop by Sugarcane for a quick lunch, which turned to a relaxation spot, I missed two session at #SMMLagos2019 because I found rest at Sugarcane;
Biodun and I

The Ambiance - As my friend Biodun and I were walking in, the waiter greeted us with a smile, allowed us choose our eating area, literally gave us about 5minutes to relax before he came to take our menu request.
While we were relaxing within that 5 minutes, the subtle song from the background was so welcoming, I took my time to look round; the golden yellow or us is mustard yellow wall with a black and white mix and green plants just made the environment mature and relaxing. Asides from the fact that you can see everything that goes on outside through the glasses, which I feel is a bit distracting and will keep me time conscious, Sugarcane is beautiful! I didn't forget to mention the cool picture perfect spot that looks like a drive / walk way 😁 I took lots of pictures there.

Menu - The Menu book at Sugarcane contins varieties of meal options and guess what??? They are all affordable to a certain extent, depending on what you define as affordable. My friend and I ordered for a plate of Calamari with Grilled bread and lemon wedges with a bottle of Sprite. Prior to that time, we were served with a COMPLIMENTARY bowl of sweetened popcorn for free! While we waited for the main dish 👏👍😘
The meal came and it was amazing and filling. We spent and split the bill for the food and our drink which was a total of 4,500naira. You see what I mean when I say it is affordable, especially if you don't eat alone 😁

Customer service -  The customer service was amazing! The waiter was polite and helpful with pictures and with decision in choosing a meal when I wanted everything on the menu 🙈

Sugarcane is located on 6A ologun Agbaje street Victoria isIsla Lagos Nigeria, they are on social as @sugarcane.ng

Where will you like us to visit next? Yes us, because I want to pick someone to go with 😁

FEATURED - HANDMAID IN AFRICA:ANKARA CRAFT

I like to celebrate people who inspire others; I like to celebrate Africa, I like to celebrate young entrepreneurs like myself. The last time I was at the 2013 July edition of the LPM, I met an interesting young woman who fascinated me with her works by breaking away from the norm and doing something different. It’s the CEO Hand Maid in Africa, let’s meet her. Nene Aderohunmu is a young woman who is into stationeries such as pencil cups, books, sticky pads, diary, and household decorative like wall frames, picture frames, and jewelry box all made with Ankara and hand crafted by her. ETHNIQUE:  How and when did you start?
